Across from Landschapscamping De Kleine Witrijt you will find Pub, gift- and craftshop Nonsense, which is also operated by the Smeulders-Berendsen family. Pub, gift- and craftshop Nonsense encompasses a large 2-hectare terrain with various facilities. One of these is our catering venture, a bistro restaurant and large terrace with ambiance. Here you can get a bite to eat, have lunch or dinner, or just simply immerse yourself in the rural surroundings while enjoying a cup of coffee, a special beer, or a relaxing glass of wine. Pub, gift- and craftshop Nonsense, has a 3000 square meter garden where all of the vegetables and most of the fruit we use in the restaurant is grown. We follow organic gardening guidelines as closely as possible and we offer a quality assortment. These vegetables are also for sale at reasonable prices and guests of the campground can order directly from us.

We also offer various recreation activities and packages. Nonsense is a good starting and finishing point for your hiking and/or cycling activities. We’ve created routes, especially for you, which will take you through the most beautiful places in the area.

Pub, gift- and craftshop Nonsense is a public area and also a work training company associated with De Eburon. De Eburon is a facility that assists people with a psychological or (slight) intellectual disability. Participants take part in all the different aspects of work in our company, and therefore also in the catering aspect. Our participants are well-trained and knowledgeable on many aspects of the trade, but it could happen that they cannot answer all of your questions. In such a case, just ask to speak to one of the managers or leaders.
